Double room available Jul 2020

Myself (young professional) and another female (will be 2nd year student) are moving into this 5 bed house with 2 of the current tenants (male - one will be 4th year and other on placement).

The house was newly renovated over the summer and we are looking for a 5th housemate for next year (contract starting 1st July for a year). Preferably a clean and tidy person as we would like to keep the house in its current great condition. Is a chill house as two of us will be working full time.

House includes:
- large kitchen/dining/living room (is now a dining table which isn't pictured)
- two downstairs bedrooms
- one downstairs bathroom
- three upstairs bedrooms (one available - not in any of the pictures as is currently awaiting to be furnished by the landlord but will be in a similar style to the rooms pictured)
- one upstairs bathroom

Also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bills aren't included. All rooms are new or recently redecorated. Room available is upstairs.

House is located just behind the library so ideal location for conscientious students.
