Room in 3 bedroomed house near Sholing

Small Double room on first floor currently furnished with single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Shared downstairs dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Landlord is professional female working Mon - Friday. I do get up early sometimes, but will aim to keep quiet! I also work at home quite regularly. I have a friendly cat, but she does her own thing most of the time. Laidback household, but aim to keep things tidy and clean and would expect housemate to do same. I am a quiet person who respects others space and would want a similar housemate.
