Double room available in shared house near Bedford place. 10 minute walk to the city centre and train station, close of bus links. Less then a 10 minute drive to both M27 and M3 junctions.

As seen in the photos the room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, drawers, and shelves. There is a large closet with additional shelving and hanging space.

House has a shared kitchen, bathroom, down stairs shower room, lounge and small upstairs snug. The house also has a garden and a large shed for bike storage

On street parking that needs a permit

All bills included (gas, electric, internet, council tax, tv licence)

Large washing machine and outside cloths line . Lodger will have their own full size fridge freezer

Currently in the house is 2 landlords and one other lodger. We’d like a friendly, and respectful person to join us. Currently, because of poor experiences, we would prefer professional females only. We are screening potential lodgers with this platform before arranging viewings so please respect we may have a few questions before you see the house.

We do advice you google and ensure you are happy with the difference between being a lodger and tenants. Also we ensure you are supported by a contract. We’ve had a stream of bad experiences with lodger and can discuss deposits etc etc
