The bedroom is at the back of the property with one window, double bed with clean Simba Mattress, clothes drawers, a hanging rail/wardrobe item, full length mirror.
It has 2 lights, wool carpet, 2 double sockets one with USB. There is also a WiFi extender for good connection in the room.
The property has a new bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen with all appliances and various small ones. The lounge and garden is also equipped for modern living. It is gas heated with a new boiler and radiator in every room. It has super fast wifi, Fire TV, PS4 and Hive Home Heating, Alexa and smart devices, Sonos and other speakers. There is also 24 hour assistance in place in case of any electrical plumbing emergencies.
There is also a small cat called Blossom who lives here and isn’t trouble but is playful. It is an absolute requirement that you like cats and will treat Blossy well.
I am an early riser so my days often start between 5 and 6am. I work in construction and am interested in everything. I currently work from home for the majority of the week so would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home regularly. That is likely to change in the near future as I expect for my job to change in the coming few months.
I travel quite often so you can expect to have the house to yourself for a 2 or 3 weeks every quarter.
To garden is currently under construction so it’s useable, but not massively comfortable, I am aiming to complete it just as soon as possible!
I am currently updating the home if you like, replacing items, decorating and refreshing it.
Parking is available, we can discuss further on viewing.
