Spacious double room in central Southampton!

Hi all :)

I am moving out of my flatshare at the end of August and looking for someone to replace me. Its a four bed place right in the centre of Southampton - close to shops, bars, gyms and 7 minutes from Southampton central train station.

It's a great price for an excellent location and size of flat + bedroom available. The flat has a shared large lounge and seperate kitchen, bathroom (with bath + powerful shower) and additional toilet room. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils etc and lots of cupboard/ fridge space.

The bedroom itself is a large, bright double room. With large, floor to ceiling wardrobes and lots of storage space.

There are currently three girls living in the flat, 2 young professionals and one third year student. They're a great bunch and we all get on really well so we're looking for someone friendly who will fit right into the group.

This is a great flat that I'm sad to be leaving- I'm not sure you'll find a better location in Southampton for such a cheap price!

I'm currently working away but will upload a clearer photo of the room when I'm back this weekend.
