17 Coventry Road, Southampton Student (Polygon)

Were a group of 2 boys and 1 girl looking for another flatmate to join us in our student house on Coventry road. There are 4 double bedrooms and a newly refurbished bathroom. The lounge area is large and is all furnished. The rent is £350 a month + bills, we are yet to move in as the tenancy isnt available until the 24th of August so will decide on bills then. Were all very clean and respectful, but would ideally like another student to join us! Drop me a message if you want to know more information! I have some videos we took from the viewing if you want to see, however we wont be able to get pictures until we move in (hence the only picture is of the kitchen taken from online).
