It is an approximate 30 minute walk from Southampton general hospital or there is also a bus. All bills are included and the house has faster fibre broadband. Location SO16 and the road does not have parking restrictions.

The room is a double room at the front of the house with a double bed, two hanging racks, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside lamp, desk and chair. The room is equipped with USB charging points.

The house has a small garden and patio area which is available for use. Includes shared use of washing machine/ tumble dryer/ fully equipped kitchen, lounge/ diner and conservatory. Two other guys in the house including myself and would suit a quieter person.
