Hello! I am twenty eight and live in Manchester for my job. I am currently looking for a tenants for 1 room in my Southampton apartment.

There are three rooms in total, two of which have already been taken.

It’s a wonderful, ground floor apartment relatively new. The Neighbours are so quiet you wouldn’t think we had any! Ideally looking for people who are professional workers, easy going, and sociable.

Lovely fitted kitchen with a large lounge area to it; parking around the area; bills included; fast wi-fi included. Secure bike storage also included. Plus a cleaner once a month.

The apartment itself is a walk away from the city centre and Southampton Central Train Station – and even closer to St Denys Train station.

Bedroom 3 fully furnished double room shared bathroom with one other .

The apartment has a spacious sitting area with a very comfortable sofa, large 50" TV ,
Patio doors which lead out to a sun terrace with furniture and open plan gardens in secure gated area. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge freezer and an extra upright freezer also, in the utility cupboard washing machine and dryer.

Small, private garden area directly outside of the lounge – lovely sun trap with rotary airer.

All bills included (Wifi, Electricity, Water, Gas, Council Tax and Block Facility rates).
