Double Rooms In Mixed Student/Professional House

Total of 2 double bedrooms for rent in house with a mix of students and young professionals. Current tenants are 1 student and 1 professional with live-in landlord who is away working for much of the year. PLEASE NOTE: due to landlord being away we are looking for tenants who are looking to stay at least until next winter - around nov-dec time.

House has 1 off street parking space, front and back garden with access to community garden.
Shared spaces within the house include living room, kitchen, bathroom and wc.

House is located 15 minutes walk from Southampton Central train station, 20mins to town centre and has local coop very close by.

As a house we respect each others privacy but also enjoy being sociable together over dinner and often like to relax watching a movie on the projector!
