Double room with off road parking

I am a 27 year old live in landlord. This is a three bedroom house that has recently been refurbished. It is just myself and my dog Rosie in the house (she can be seen in one of the photos!).
I'm very friendly and always up for a chat but also respectful of people needing their own space :).
The house is walking distance to the city centre and Southampton Common so it is pretty central to everything.
We are also less than a 15min drive Southampton Airport which will be handy once flights get up and running again :).
Off road parking is also included.
