I am advertising for my dear mum, she is Italian. Speaks and understands English and I am not the live in Landlady as it says on the advert.

One single room is available now, pictures three and four with the sink in the far corner and wardrobe.

The other single room which is the first one, with dressing table and desk will be available beginning of February.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The household is quiet and calm.
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom and you are more than welcome to chill in the lounge, if you want to.
There is also a lovely garden to enjoy when the weather gets warmer.

Lovely location, near town centre, train station and Southampton University and Highfiel Campus.
