There are already 4 other tenants in the house (all male). There are 2 bathrooms and there is a nice big kitchen with plenty of cupboards and worktop space.

There are also 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer and 2 big fridge freezers. So there is really plenty of room for everyone.

In the living room, there is a big comfy sofa and a dining table and of course a TV.

A professional cleaner is coming every week to clean the communal areas.

The rent includes all bills and super fast WIFI.
