Large double room with parking space and office

We are 3 people (dr, engineer and a masters student)who live in a spacious house on the avenue. Unfortunately our current housemates are leaving for the north so we are looking for someone nice and fun to replace them

There is are two large double rooms in a shared, friendly house. There is a good sized office with great lighting next to both double bedrooms too which is great for working or studying from home.

We all share the kitchen and living room where we will host games nights and watch TV together when we are able.

Rent includes council tax and internet.

We have two indoor house cats who we adore and spoil so cat lovers welcome!
