Looking for one or flatmates

There is a double (needs filling) downstairs with a large bay window, desk, wardrobe and bed with matress.
There is a living room with two sofas, a keyboard and a TV. There is a washing machine and tumble drier, ironing board, iron and a hoover. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and toastie grill, and fridge freezer. We are getting a new oven and dishwasher this year. There is a 2 seater breakfast bar and a four seater dining table. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath, toilet and sink. There is also a separate toilet and sink.
There is insulation being put in this year before you move in.
The garden has a patio with four chairs and a table, and stepped lawn with a vegetable patch at the back, an apple tree and a herb garden. We have painted some murals on the walls.
We are two medical students, and a aerospace engineering student, all very chilled out and kind!
