Three Chinese students are living here now. They are very easy-going people and sociable.
Please note the minimum length is 5 months.
The house is tidy and quite near from the campus (4 min walk or so). The single room is a bit small of 7 square meters.
The price is sooo cheap! Generally the bill is no more than 35£ in the summer and 50£ in the winter. It's quite a nice house. The only reason I want to rent it out is I want to move out to live with my friend. Please contact me if you are interested and I can arrange a viewing for u.
