Studio located in a larger property with other tenants (not linked to the contract). Studio is accompanied by a private and enclosed patio garden. The studio is accessed via the private patio so do not share the main door entrance to the rest of the property.
Studio runs off of electricity only which is not shared with other tenants. The entire property does share the water bill (either split between all tenants or worked out based on how often you are staying).
Large driveway outside the front of the property.
Shared access to washing machine and tumble dryer located at the back of the property.
Studio has not been lived in since September due to not needing to be in Southampton. The tenancy runs out mid-September 2021.
