TENANCY REQUIREMENTS
Rooms are single occupancy only - each room is only licensed for 1 person

All tenants are asked to be considerate to others and adhere to our sensible house rules inc. cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen/bathrooms and locking doors for security purposes.
Prospect tenants must be able to:
Prove regular income.
Positive employers and landlord reference.
