Hi there, looking for a fourth person to join our house share with 2 boys and 1 girl.
It's a beautiful 4 bedroom private house located at 36 Padwell road SO14 6RA, which is a 15 minute walk away from Solent university, 20 minutes away from the city centre.
The cost of this property will be £337 per month and all bills will be an additional £16 per week.
The room itself is spacious and airy, it also includes all the necessities such as: a big bed, a desk and wardrobe space. The house has a small back garden. The bathroom is shared with a seperate toilet available.
