Cat Lover Wanted for Quiet Flat Share

Hi there, I am a quiet professional in my 30's looking for a flatmate to share my 1st floor, 2 bed flat in Southampton

The room offered is a good size double - Part furnished with double bed, bookcases and a clothes rail. There is a shared kitchen, utility room, lounge, balcony and bathroom with shower over bath. The photos shown are from when I first moved in, so the flat is more lived in now.

There is first come-first served street parking, and we also have a lockable shed for bikes. Flat is well situated for the General Hospital, and shops like Sainsbury's Local, M&S Food and the Range. Easy driving distance of the M3 and M27.

I have two cats who are sometimes timid, but very affectionate - they like to be petted and played with.

I regularly work away, and in the evenings, so it's really helpful for me to have live-in cat sitters for cuddles and feeding. I do have friends/family/the main landlord who can come in and do that stuff if housemates are unavailable/not comfortable with cat care.

The room is available from early April, my current housemate is still living here.
