We are looking for an extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONAL aged between 23-35 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

PROPERTY DETAILS:

• 1 communal lounge w/ 42" TV

• Located just off the East Park roundabout and a 2 minute walk from Royal South Hants Hospital, the house is very much in the centre of Southampton with the town centre and West Quay Shopping Centre being just a 5-10 minute walk away.

• Zone 4 parking permits required between Mon-Sat, 8AM-6PM. You should contact the local council to check availability.

TENANCY DETAILS:

• Working professionals preferred (Masters or post-grad students considered but MUST be working too)
• Single tenancies ONLY (no couples or sharers)

If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we may ask for a guarantor.

GUARANTOR CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED):

• Must provide proof of identity
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address in the UK
• Must also provide an employment, and landlord reference where applicable, if you wish to use the deposit replacement

If you do not have a suitable UK based guarantor, you may be able to use our guarantor scheme instead (please ask for details).
