2 guys and 1 girl looking for a 4th student (strong preference for a girl but does not have to be #democracyrules) to fill in a double bedroom in our house for £350 p/m + bills (average £50 p/m).
Contract starts October 1st, but we can discuss that.
Big garden, kitchen with full appliances (oven, electric hobs, tumble dry and washing machine) , 1 bathroom and 1 toilet plus a big living room.
Very good location, we have a bus stop with direct buses to city centre just 2 min walking away.
Currently we have a Portuguese, Slovak and a Vietnamese. Two are studying at University of Southampton and one at Solent University. We are very chill and friendly! 😄
