Large Ensuite Rooms- July

I am looking for outgoing, similar aged, social housemates to re-create the university tribe.

It is a 4 bedroom town house with 2 rooms available for rent(I have two rooms).
The master bedroom is 14'2 x 12 with an excellent en-suite.
Room 2 is an eaves room spanning 15'4 x 12'8. It has a large en-suite as well.
There is a shared lounge, and the rooms will decorated with new beds/storage spaces. Desks/Dressing tables can be provided upon request.

There also will be a weekly/Bi-Weekly cleaner to make sure the place is tidy along with 900Mb broadband.

Off street parking, by a permit is available via the council.
