Rooms available in a purpose built shared student flat available.

Based in the Ocean Village area of Southampton, we have several rooms available to those studying in the city.

Each room has a double bed, study area, plenty of storage and a washbasin. The room is set in a flat of up to 10 residents who each share three newly refurbished toilets and showers and a large kitchen diner.

Fixed term rooms are available this Summer from just £125 per week. This covers all bills (wi-fi included). We’ll even provide a cleaning service to communal areas.

We also have some short term lets available now from £150 per week.

Parking available at additional cost.
