Room to rent

This would suit someone quiet, tidy and respectful, this isn’t a student house and definitely wouldn’t suit a party animal.

In the room there a roof window, a single bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and a chair. Bed linen and towels can be supplied if required.

There is one parking space available.

Bus stop which is 2 minutes away goes to Portswood which is near Southampton University and to Southampton Solent University in the City Centre.

Around 5 different bus routes close by offering a good bus service covering various surrounding areas.

The number 24 bus stop from near Haskins Garden Centre which goes past Southampton Parkway Railway Station and into Eastleigh. Uber would cost around £12 from the airport Eastleigh Parkway Railway Station to my home.

Close to local shops, a restaurant, and pubs.
Itchen Valley Country Park, for lovely walks.
Motorway and Airport 15 minutes.
