The location is superb with good transport links and within 3 miles of the city centre and within walking distance from Shirley high street. It is less than 1 mile to Southampton general hospital and there is a Tesco express and Domino’s at the top of the road.

The other 3 rooms are let to lovely professional people. The house has a very friendly and welcoming vibe.

There is a good sized shared kitchen / diner and a very good sized shared living room with sofa and table and chairs. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a very powerful shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet, which means there are 2 toilets for 3 rooms. There is an outside garden, with a secure shed for pushbike storage.

The deposit is one month's rent in advance plus one month as a deposit, so £990 to get the keys. I also need a reference from your current landlord.
