We are looking for one person who is clean and tidy, to move into this beautiful seven bedroom house where we have a mixture of young professionals, Masters, PhD students & NHS staff.

NHS staff from the General hospital or Royal south Hants (this hospital is one minutes walk from the house!)and local hospitals are welcome.

The accommodation is comprised of high ceilings throughout, hallway, downstairs new shower room and toilet, shared living room, new kitchen, shared garden, upstairs main new bathroom with bath and shower plus toilet, there is a separate toilet on the same floor, making a total of three toilets in the house.

This property has been lovingly restored over the last few years and was completed in sept2021. The house has triple glazed windows, and also benefits from insulated floors and ceilings on all levels, including the exterior walls, which make for a very cosy warm house in the winter and cool in the summer.

The house benefits from ALL bills included in the rent, ie Gas, Electric, Water, Council tax, as well as superfast up to 900 Mb download and 900 Mb upload broadband.( sky TV or similar, TV licenses, mobile phone and landlines are NOT included in the bills!)

There are plenty of local shops, including a large Aldi within three minutes walk. The university is a 35 min walk or 20 min bus journey. The Solent university is a 15 walk.
