Room in Centenary Quay for rent

I am a young professional looking to rent out a room. In my spare time I like to go for walks, gym, game, read and see my friends and family. I am generally a quiet person, however I would be up for doing some activities together if we have similar interests. Alternatively, if you are someone that likes to keep to yourself I will also accommodate that as much as possible.

The room comes with its own bathroom. Parking can be bought from other residents as was the case with my previous house mate. Shared areas will include the kitchen, living room and balcony.

The property is a 1 minute walk from a bus stop with frequent buses into town, 3 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minute walk to Woolston train station.
