Double room to rent in comfortable 4 bed house

Double room to rent in 4 bed house. Contains triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside shelves and new bed and carpet. You would be expected to provide your own bed linen and wash it. Sole use of the bathroom as I have an en suite. I also have 2 living rooms one of which would be more or less for your sole use, except when I eat. There is a cleaner once a week for which there is no extra charge. You can use the washing machine, tumble dryer and cooker and can have your own freezer.
Off road parking in quiet cul de sac, garden with new patio and comfortable seating. The tenant must like dogs as I have a small black cockerpoo who will want to be your best friend. You will also be in the house alone with her at times and she will want your company.
I would prefer the tenant to be away most weekends but would consider 7 days a week.
I would expect the tenant to clean up after themselves especially in the shared kitchen as I keep a clean house and expect it to stay that way.
