Lovely double furnished room to rent with big tv.

Lovely double room with king-size bed. Small fridge & kettle. large TV & lots of storage. in very nice modern open planned home. Use of lounge. .shared bathroom & kitchen & garden. Plenty of parking & own drive. Plus on a reg bus route. In quiet caldisack. Must like dogs as have 2 young ones. A 5yr old & 4 Yr old. Very friendly playful dogs. Tho they are a bit vocal. I am a very friendly. happy go lucky. young at heart live in landlady. Who loves socialing & meeting new people. Tho also enjoys a relaxing night in. I like to think of myself as a housemate more than a landlady. so looking for someone with similar interests who's clean & tidy. Would prefer a non smoker tho vaping OK & allowed in garden.
