Due to my housemate re-locating for work, I am looking for someone to take over the spare room on a 6 month minimum term.

Double room available with en-suite (toilet/bath/shower). 2 bedroom flat on Oxford street. Large shared living space (lounge/dining area/kitchen) fully furnished with plenty of cutlery and crockery for two.

Bills are not included. All bills roughly add up to an extra £120.00 each month plus quarterly utilities (gas/water/electric/broadband/council tax/TV Licence etc.)

Great location on Oxford street, good bus links and on street parking.

The new tenant will need to undergo Agency reference checks through my existing letting agent who manages the property. I will put you in contact with her if interested.
