Large Double Room in beautiful house within the New Forest National Park. This is a private house and you will be living with the family.
At the end of the driveway there is open common land, with views of the isle of Wight and a cattle grid to stop horses wandering into the garden.
The house is close enough to town that you can easily get to supermarkets and get take away food delivered, but it has a very rural feel.

The room has its own en-suite bathroom finished in beautiful Travertine marble (with Bath/Shower, sink and Loo).
Firm King Size Bed. Wall mounted Smart TV (removable if not desired). WiFi (5G and 2G) (and LAN available). Lots of storage including 3 chests of drawers and a built in hanging wardrobe.

The kitchen is an amazing space and includes built in Beans to Cup coffee machine with multiple coffee choices available, American style fridge with ice machine etc.
There is a large shared living room that is available to use. It has a great TV with surround sound.
You will have exclusive use of a small private outdoor area, with a table and chairs.
The room has underfloor heating, triple glazed windows, a heat recovery ventilation system. It has its own thermostat. You would be welcome to make full use of the garden / BBQ etc.
Laundry facilities available including washing machine and clothes dryer.

Walks and runs in the National Park start at the end of the driveway.
Secure storage available for push bike. You can mountain bike 14 Km to Lyndhurst for a pint or lunch from the house (almost entirely off road – just crossing 4 tarmac roads).
Drive times shown in brackets: Southampton (30 mins)(bus service also available); Brockenhurst Railway Station (25 mins) (trains then take 80 mins to London Waterloo); Fawley Oil Refinery (10 mins). Lepe Beach - swimming, kite surfing and windsurfing (10 mins); Calshot Activity Centre - velodrome, climbing, skiing, swimming and boating (10 mins). Lymington (30 mins). Beaulieu (15 mins). Heathrow (80 mins).
Car ownership is recommended in this house. The approach road is bumpy, so very low cars would not be suitable (my Z4 copes fine)! Parking is available on drive.
