Double room in a top floor flat with balcony. Central location, near Ocean Village and the city center. Only one other person in the flat.

Currently furnished with a double bed, mattress, curtains, desk, large wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and lamp. The bedroom door has it’s own lock.

Refurbished shared kitchen, well equipped with lots of cupboard, fridge and freezer space. Good cooking appliances and laundry machine.

Living room and bathroom are shared.
The flat also benefits from on-demand hot water and fiber wifi. All bills included.

I am a mature student studying at Solent University and I work during the days I’m not at uni. I’m very quiet, clean and friendly.

I’m looking to share with other mature students. Professionals are welcome but will need to cover the council tax in addition to usual rent. (Band A).
