ABOUT ME:
I'm a professional freelance photographer who's called this place home since October 2021. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I barely use the kitchen and am often out on photo shoots. There will also be nights when I'm not around, as I sometimes stay at a partner's house or go on short trips away - perfect if you occasionally want some space to yourself! I prefer quiet nights in over anything hectic, enjoy reading, good TV/films, and consider myself a calm and open-minded person. I tend to get along well with women (raised by my Mum with only a sister), but am open to all respectful flatmates.

LANDLORD & RENTAL DETAILS:
The landlord is fantastic - couldn't wish for better! This rental means no agency fees as you'll be dealing directly with the landlord. My current flatmate is moving to Australia, so the room is now available.

BILLS:
All bills (council tax, energy, water and broadband) typically come to between £150-£200 per month in total, though this can vary slightly.
