Double Room

This room available is a first-floor front room in a well cared for house. The communal areas including both bathrooms and the kitchen are professionally cleaned every two weeks.

The existing tenants are all studying for higher degrees and have been staying in the house a good while. They are all very nice people.

I live some distance away so I would appreciate any prospective tenants who make an appointment to view and then subsequently change their mind to let me know so that I don't have a wasted journey.

Although I don't take a deposit to cover any damage that may, though hopefully not occur, I do ask for the last month's rent at the commencement of the tenancy. This is to cover me for people who just up and leave without paying their last month's rent - I have learned through bitter experience.
