Hello! I have a lovely double room available in a top floor flat share with one other professional. Spacious, cosy open living space with dining area, huge kitchen with plenty of storage, and a spare room that is currently being used as an office. The room has a built in wardrobe and includes sole use of the main bathroom as the other room has an en-suite. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on requirements, happy to discuss.

The current flatmate is a working professional that is happy to hang out with a wine and watch a film at times, but also appreciates their own space. Very clean, tidy and organised. Looking for someone similar to share with. If you’re after a home rather than a flat share, then this is definitely for you.

I would be open to sharing with couples. In this case the bills would be equally split between three.
