Bright and airy large en-suite room

This room would take a king size bed should the new tenant want to put one in, there is a year old bed double supplied. My current lodges have been here 18 months and 4 years this room would suit a professional who likes dogs/animals as I have two small dogs that are part of the house, which makes it a home. I have an office I work from home The house is big so there’s no need to live on top each others space, however small enough to be social should you wish, please note £250 of the deposit will be a holding fee for me to remove the room from further viewings, this is non refundable should you decide to not move In
