Hi! I moved out of Southampton, so my room is now available. I am the owner of this 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms flat. At the moment, I already have a lodger in one of my rooms, but I am looking for someone to rent the room I have been using. The room has exclusive access to the main bathroom (located in the hallway), as the other room already has a smaller ensuite. I will be going to Southampton from the 15th and 16th of June to show the room and ideally have the room reserved those days, but the room will be available the 1st of July. Preferably professionals. No couples or pets.
PS. The building is going through facade works at the moment and should last for 10 more months.
