Orion point Southampton student accommodation

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from September 16th 2023- 7th September 2024 at Orion point on st Mary’s road for £129 per week . Orion itself has its own common room, a large cinema room, it’s own gym, a study room and a shared laundry room for each block.

The room has a 3/4 sized bed with under bed storage a large wardrobe, a desk with drawers and seating as well as shelving units by the desk and a small one above the bed. It also has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower which is spacious. It is a shared kitchen with up to 6 other flat mates but enough fridge and freezer shelves for everyone as well as enough cupboards for each flat mate.

Orion itself is a 5 min walk to solent university and has a bus stop just outside the gates to get the bus to Southampton university. It is very central and is only about a 10 minute walk to west quay shopping centre and 10 min walk from the train station. There is a premier across the road that has a lot of essential items for a good price
