Your generously sized room, recently renovated and designed for comfort! Enjoy the luxury of a double room with the use of a private bathroom, offering you peace and tranquility! Fully furnished, this room really is very homely with ample storage space and a large double window to allow plenty of light in.

👫 Your Housemates:
Join us, Jordan and Steph. We are an outgoing couple! When the day winds down, our love for socialising comes alive. Whether that’s going for a night out in the city , spending times with friends, or simply unwinding at home, we always have a good time! Yet, amid our active social life, we both find real joy in the quieter moments. We really appreciate a serene night in, accompanied of course by a fine glass of wine. I (jordan) always tend to find myself busy in physical activity , mainly football and golf! Steph is a exceptional cook (she paid me to say that) who loves to spend her evenings cooking up some pretty spectacular meals, of which you will never be disappointed! (However, my roast dinners are better)

Nestled in the heart of Southampton, a small sized complex of 20 flats, our home offers close proximity to the bars and restaurants in Bedford place, a short 10 minute walk to the train station and city centre or quick links to the m3 motorway.

All we ask for is you treat the place with the respect it deserves! It’s a beautiful home and we really love living here! Even our neighbours are great! We all do our part to Keep it clean and tidy so we all can enjoy it! So if you are messy/untidy, we are sorry but it won’t work for us!

We hope to hear from you soon. We both work full time and I work from home around 2 days per week! We will have a little puppy come April so you have to be pet friendly also!
