Hello! Our housemate is going back to Italy so we need a replacement, ideally from December 15 to July 15 next year.

We're also likely to renew the lease next year, so if you're interested in a longer-term stay, that could work.

It's a very nice detached house in central Southampton.

4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Has a nice garage and garden too.

There is a very large common room and a nice kitchen with two fridges.

You'll be on the top floor, in a large double room, with a nice view.

BILLS:

The rent is 490 pounds per month.

We use The Bunch for our bills and pay a fixed 80 pounds total for water, gas, electricity, and wifi. The council tax is 60 pounds.

So the total would be 630.

We're all pretty introverted but sometimes play football or watch movies together.
