Hi! I’m a 28yr old live-out landlord and I’m looking for a new tenant to take the room of the previous one, who’s going to be out by the 1st of December.
The flat is in a lovely building, in a private estate built right on the old Cricket Ground. It’s a very modern estate and is enough distance from the centre of the city that it’s quiet at night, but also close enough to walk into central Southampton in 10/15 minutes, which saves a load of money on Ubers!
You’ll be taking on a pristine double room, enough space for storage but you’ll also have a large built in wardrobe in the room with you. You’ll have your own en-suite with a shower, which has all very recently been refurbished.
The flat itself is lovely, the lounge is South facing so you get sun all day through the Juliette balcony. The lounge is very large and comes with everything pictured (minus the desk).
The ideal candidate for the room would be between 23 and 35 years old. You’ll be sharing with Melissa, a 27yr old working professional who’s just lovely - she’s lovely and great to live with.
I value the property and I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their home, is exceptionally clean and can be a good flatmate to Aneta, above all else.
The rent includes WiFi, Water, Energy AND Council tax - it’s a steal for such a lovely property and everything included. I’ve priced it that way because all I want in a tennant is someone who’ll respect the property.
