Our household is quiet and family‑oriented, so we are hoping to find someone who feels comfortable in this environment. Because of the layout of the home, the space is most suitable for a woman.

The location is in Highfield, close to the University of Southampton, Sainsbury’s, Royal South Hants Hospital and a GP surgery — ideal for a postgraduate, academic, university or NHS employee.
