Double room for rent

Double room for rent quiet and very clean. There a bathroom close to the room and a wet room down stairs. I like to keep my house very clean and tidy so I would to rent to someone which is like minded. It’s very nice a relaxing in my home so I wouldn’t like very loud music going on into the night . I am very social and friendly I like to treat my lodgers as if they are part of the family . Occasionally my daughter comes home and stays but there is plenty of room in the house so not falling over each other.
