Double room for rent in a detached house with a large private garden in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The house is 2 minute's walk to the new Thompsons' premier convenience store, and 5 minute's walk to Southampton General Hospital. Excellent frequent bus services to the city centre and all over Southampton, only a 2-minute walk away. Lordswood forest is a short cycle away and is a nice trip.
The room comes fully furnished but if you prefer to bring your own furnishings let me know. Kitchen fully furnished with new appliances Inc washing machine, dryer, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and more.
Home features include:
- Very large lounge with a 55" smart TV
- Home workout area inc calisthenics & MMA equipment, and a punch bag
- 2 toilets and 2 showers (please note the shower with grey tiles is temporarily out of commission)
