I’m looking for someone to rent my spare bedroom.

It’s a spacious brightly lit double bedroom in a top floor flat at central Southampton. The fully furnished flat has a large living room with comfy leather sofas, fully equipped kitchen with washer dryer and dishwasher. The double bedroom is next to the 3 piece bathroom which can be used exclusively by the flatmate. The flat has a patio which affords ocean views and can also be seen from the bedroom windows. There is central heating and plenty of storage space. It's close to Oxford street with plenty of eating out options, walking distance to bus stops, High street, Super Market, West Quay, gym, public garden and seaside walks.

I am a friendly healthcare professional who frequently works from home and likes to read and cook. I am looking to rent out the spare room to a female who is friendly, tidy and understanding. The total number of people in the flat will be two only. The rent does not will include all bills like council tax, gas, electricity, broadband, water, TV, etc. which is approximately £150 a month.
