Room Available for 2024/25 Academic Year

Hello! I'm looking for a replacement tenant, preferably a student, to take a room in my house for the 24-25 academic year. It's an LGBTQ+ friendly house near Portswood Rec Ground, conveniently sited for Highfield Campus and Portswood Sainsbury's, shared with 3 housemates. Shared amenities include a living room, kitchen, garden, washing machine & tumble dryer, and 1 bathroom.

Rent is £423.68 per calendar month for the room, which includes broadband. Other bills are paid separately (recently they've been averaging £40-£50 per month). The house is in Council Tax Band B, but full-time student tenants will not need to worry about that.

I am happy to answer questions and arrange viewings via email, but I will be away for a few weeks in May - in this time I would need to put people in contact with the landlady to arrange viewings before I get back.
