Replacement Tenancy

Hello, I am looking for a replacement for my tenancy for this house. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated close to the Southampton Common. Bills are not included in the price advertised but the bills package is £104 a month per person on top of rent. We (myself and the future occupants) have not yet moved into it as the move in date is the 7th of July this year. I am looking for someone who is tidy and who is preferably a student or in their early 20s. I myself have chosen to pull out of this house as my campus is in Winchester and I want to be closer so I don’t have to commute. If you’re interested, please let me know :)
