A high-floor room in 9-room shared kitchen en-suit with brilliant open view. Prefer students at University of Southampton could take over my contract! The rooms are well-ventilated and free of mosquitoes. The rooms are not exposed to direct sunlight and are cool, making them superb for your summer stay!

Location: It's in the centre of Southampton. And it is super convenient to the nearest facilities.
(1) 5-min-walk to Central Railway Station
(2)Less than a 10-minute walk to all the shops, ASDA, Westquay, Tesco, M&S, Waitrose, Iceland, 15min to Lidl. And more than 5 Chinese markets are near here.
(3)The bus stop is just downstairs
(4) Co-op shop with ATM cashier, and Mayflower Gym is right downstairs!
(5) Many restaurants and cafes. Subway, KFC, Mi RIce, Burger Kings, Kebab, etc. Costa, Starbucks, Nero, No.1 cafe and so on.
