Spacious double ensuite room in 2 bed flat

Hi, I'm looking to let the main room in my large 2-bed / 2-bathroom flat, as I am moving away. The room is spacious & bright, with built-in wardrobes along 1 wall for lots of storage! It's available part-furnished (bedroom & living room unfurnished, kitchen furnished). I'll be taking most of the furniture with me when I move, so the flat is ideal for someone who has or wants to get their own stuff. The room has a large ensuite with both a bath & separate shower. The kitchen is very big with a dining table, so the living room is clear for desk space to WFH as needed.

The building is right in the centre of Southampton so very conveniently located for High Street, shops etc and is only a 5 min walk from the train station. There's also lots of bus services nearby. The room comes with an allocated parking spot, within a gated car park in the interior of the development, underneath the shared garden.

You'd be sharing the flat with a 36F professional (Scientist) who works at the Southampton General hospital. I'm looking for people who are clean & tidy, respectful & considerate, enjoy a harmonious home environment and will keep the flat to the same very good condition that it's in!

Open to letting the main bedroom to a couple if it worked for space requirements and with the other flatmate. In this case the rent would be revised to £900 pcm.

In either case, rent is all bills (i. e. Heating, Electric, WiFi, Council Tax etc.) included.
