We are currently in the process of finding 1 person (preferably a student) to join a 4-bedroom house on Wilton Avenue, a fair walk from campus. All four rooms are equally spacious, as is the living room and bathrooms, and currently none are decided. Rent per month per person is: £425.00. Bills not included in that figure, though we have the option open if we chose so. Move-in date is 1st July, 2024; contract ends 30th June 2025.
We are three cis-men, two of which are professionals (who have recently graduated) and one student in their third and final year. All years are more than welcome, as well as either student/professional from any of the nearby universities. LGBTQ+ friendly. DM ASAP if interested / for more details (video tour of the property, holding deposit etc)!
